This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the complaint, dated 01.03.2017, lodged by the petitioner with regard to the nuisance caused by the sound system used in a Church nearby his house. The petitioner has not given the complaint to the Station House Officer concerned or to the Executive Magistrate. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Station House Officer concerned or Executive Magistrate for abatement of nuisance, if any.
