HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12180 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.198 of 2013 of Lingala Ghanpur Police Station, Warangal District and also heard respondent Nos.1 and 2 represented by learned public prosecutor and perused the material on record.

2) A perusal of the material no way enables the Court to express anything but for to say the investigation shall go on.

3) Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of subject to condition that the police shall not arrest the petitioners and shall investigate the case and file final report. Needless to say in the event of police filing final report and any cognizance taken by the Court, further remedies are left open to the petitioners.
