THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1986 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.9126 of 2017 in W.P. No.7417 of 2017.

At the time of hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that orders of this Court dated 08.03.2017 have been complied with and as such he does not desire to press the Contempt Case and prays for closure of the same.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
