It is the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent shows that the crime is registered as a case in Crime No.347 of 2013 and initiated the further proceedings of investigation pursuant to the prayer.

2) Therefore, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner and by directing the respondent concerned to send a copy of the F.I.R to the address of the petitioner for approaching the learned Magistrate concerned to know the progress of the investigation, as contemplated under Sections 157 and 158 of Cr.P.C, if the investigation not completed or if any final report filed so far. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
