CVNR, J & TR, J F.C.A.No.71 of 2014 21.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed by the wife of the respondent against order and decree, dated 19.04.2014, in F.C.O.P.No.751 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. 2.

Mr.P.Vinayaka Swamy, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed a letter to the Registry, wherein he has stated that as the matter has been compromised between the parties, the appellant does not intend to pursue her cause in the appeal. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant, while reiterating the contents of the aforesaid letter, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

The Family Court Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the F.C.A., interim order, dated 05.06.2014, in F.C.A.M.P.No.223 of 2014 and continued on 21.02.2017 and interim order, dated 05.06.2014, in F.C.A.M.P.No.222 of 2014 are vacated and F.C.A.M.P.Nos.222 and 223 of 2014 filed by the appellant for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ___________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J _____________ T.RAJANI , J 21st March, 2017 GHN
