THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 11362 of 2010 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records related to and connected with the orders dated 22.03.2010 made in C.M.A.No.24 of 2010 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, confirming the orders dated 25.01.2010 made in Case No.43/ CA/ Central/ 07 p assed by the second respondent under Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956; and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioner from Shop No.12 of the Bachelor Quarters, M.J.Road, Hyderabad."

2) It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by a Division Bench order of this Court, dated 06.07.2012, rendered in Writ Appeal Nos. 666 of 2012 and Batch and an order passed by a learned single judge of this Court in W.P.Nos.11375 of 2010 and Batch, dated 19.10.2011. 3) In view of the orders passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.11375 of 2010 and Batch and also the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.666 of 2012 and Batch, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
