Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 30.12.2009, no further order is required in this writ petition and the writ petition may be disposed of. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The disposal of this writ petition, however, shall not preclude the authorities from recovering the tax, if any due from the petitioner. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
