There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus i) declare the inaction on the part of the respondents 3 & 4 is not conducting the investigation and not initiating any action pursuant to registration of FIR No.285 dated 11.07.2011 on the file of PS., Karimnagar Rural, Karimnagar and insisting the petitioner to compromise the issue with accused is illegal and arbitrary ii) Consequently direct the respondent to investigate the Crime No.285 dated 11.07.2011 on the file of the PS, Karimnagar Rural, Karimanagar and initiate appropriate action as per law iii) and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 informs the Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.285 of 2011, the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 16.11.2011.

In that view of the matter, no cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
