HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.575 OF 2008 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') is filed by the petitioner to set aside the Judgment dated 28-09-2007 passed in Crl.A.No.65 of 2007 by the learned Sessions Judge, Ongole.

2. Since there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioner is not present and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
