This Court, by order dated 06.06.2024, has disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner with liberty to the Bank to issue fresh e-auction notice, if so advised.

In I.A.No.1 of 2024, the petitioner has made the following prayer:

"For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take up the above W.P.No.21827 of 2021 as FOR BEING MENTIONED and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in

the interest of justice."

The aforesaid prayer, apart from being made, is misconceived.

Therefore, I.A.No.1 of is dismissed.
