Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite making a number of representations, including the representation dated 16.11.2017, by the petitioner herein, for redressal of his grievance, the respondent authorities are not taking any action.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner herein, the same will be verified and appropriation action will be taken as per law. Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Corporation to verify the representation dated 16.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action as per law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to the stakeholders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
