HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 17129 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 24.08.2015 in OA/ 020/ 1136/ 2015 passed by the Tribunal whereby the respondents are directed to treat the O.A. as a representation and pass a reasoned order, keeping in view the judgment of the Ernakulam Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 949 of 2011, dated 19.07.2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far the impugned order has not been complied with. If that is the position, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Tribunal and get the order under challenge implemented.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
