Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in making wrong entries in digital pattadars passbook, 1-B ROR and Adangal in respect of petitioner's land as admeasuring Ac.0-2680 guntas in survey No.19/3/1 and Ac.1.0500 guntas in survey No.19/4/1 instead of land admeasuring Ac.1.30 guntas in survey No.19 and Ac.1-00 guntas in survey No.19/3 situated at Kamagiri Village, Echoda Mandal, Adilabad District, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-line application through Dharani Portal seeking correction of extents of land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the authorities concerned shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice.
