THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3790 OF 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical set of circumstances, this Court in W.P.Nos.5946, 6133 and 6299 of 2015, passed the common order dated 19.03.2015, directing consideration of the representations made by the petitioners therein and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 17.01.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for delivery of rice or equivalent amount and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
