THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1530 OF 2015 & CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.709 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Both the matters arise out of one and the same judgment. Crl.R.C.No.1530 and 2015 is filed by the complainant aggrieved by the inadequate punishment imposed by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, against A1 in C.C.No.771 of 2013 vide judgment dated 7.5.2015.

Crl.A.No.709 of 2015 is filed by the complainant aggrieved by the acquittal recorded by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, against A2 and A3 in the above C.C. If the complainant is aggrieved by the judgment passed by the trial Court after full fledged trial, he can as well prefer an appeal before the appropriate forum in consonance with the amendment of the Code. In view of the same, the complainant-petitioner-appellant is directed to prefer an appeal before the appropriate Court. On filing such appeal, the Court concerned is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
