HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17416 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting investigation in Crime No.215 of 2015 of Palakol Town Police Station, West Godavari District and not submitting the final report; and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct investigation in the above crime and file final report. 2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, submits that the police investigated into the crime and filed final report on 07.06.2017 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palakol, after serving notice to the petitioner and that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is closed.
