ORDER
It is brought to the notice of the Court by Sri M.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners that at the instance of the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and when the charge sheet is filed, this Court cannot exercise power to quash the FIR.
Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
