Heard counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri Chatla Madhu, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.14.09.2017 in W.P.No.31189 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation, within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
