This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C. No.12 ;of 2013 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palakol, West Godavari District, against the petitioners-A.3 and A.4. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners-A.3 and A.4 would submit that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall also stand dismissed.
