THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13487 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A3 in C.C. No.233 of 2015 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. He further submitted that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible as the petitioner/A3 is intending to prepare for Civil Judge examinations.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of C.C. No.233 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
