Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby enlarging him on bail in SC No.110 of 2016 on the file of the IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chittoor, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 307, 120-B, 109 read with 49, 212, 215 and 201 of IPC and Sections 25(1A), 25(1AAA), 25(1b)(a), 25 (1B)(C), 27(3) and Section 30 of Arms Act, 1959. For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.10552 of 2016 and the same was dismissed after passing a detailed order dated 11.08.2016. There is no change of circumstances, except, A.5 has been released on bail by this court.

A perusal of the charge sheet, it reveals that the role of A.5 and A.6 is similar to that of A.7, who is still in judicial custody. Apart from him, A.1 to A.4 are also in judicial custody. Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioner, as the case is registered for the offences noted above, I am not inclined to grant bail.
