This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.94 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the record. 3.
Having argued elaborately, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused would submit that charges are not yet framed in the subject case.

Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to go into the merits of the case. The petitioner/ accused is granted liberty to approach the trial Court and file discharge petition in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
