THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19024 OF 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.09.2017 against respondents 4 to 8, except endorsing on the said complaint by the 3rd respondent that Crime No.200/2017 is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 & 504 of IPC and for consequential directions.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced written instructions stating that the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani on 16.09.2019 vide SR No.2118/2019. He also served a copy of the said final report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, as may be available to him under law.
