Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner - appellant, addressed a letter, dated 23.03.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the appeal under the caption 'For withdrawal', as the Company of the petitioner-appellant has sent a mail informing him to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the matter was settled out of Court.

In view of the above, MACMA.MP.No.4567 of 2017, the petition to condone the delay of 153 days in preferring the present appeal, and the present appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed. No order as to costs.
