THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32256 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims that she is in possession of Ac.1.00 in R.S.No.30/2E of Velagapadu Village, T. Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District. She claims that she applied for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of title deed and e-passbook. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Ex.P4 is the photocopy receipt of Mee-Seva evidencing filing of application by the petitioner.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, T. Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
