HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18995 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of the 1st respondent in not considering and granting extension of approval to the petitioner for conducting MBA courses from the academic year 2019-20.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the writ petition does not survive, since order dated 28-082019 is passed on the application of the petitioner and the same is being challenged in WP.No.19159 of 2019. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
