Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 01.09.2015 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, advances the same prayer in open court.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
