This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.68 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thungathurthy, Nalgonda District.

When the matter is called today, learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 25.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Thungathurthy Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that Calendar Case No.68 of 2012 was ended in acquittal after fullfledged trial as per Judgment, dated 21.05.2013. 3.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
