HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14948 of 2016 ORDER:

After arguing some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned trial Court. Consequently, he also seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition.

Let the petitioner surrender before the trial Court on or before 31.10.2016. He shall not be arrested till then. On his surrender, the trial Court shall consider the application filed by the petitioner for recalling NBWs pending against him, in accordance with law.
