Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri CVNR, J) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed in O.A.No.169/2016 dt.1.2.2016 on the file of Hon'ble A.P.

Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and based on total non-application of mind and as violative of provisions contained in A.P.Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 issued under Article 371-D of the Constitution of India and further violative of Section - 80 (1) of A.P.Reorganisation Act, 2014 read with Para-18(f) of G.O.Ms.No.312 dt.30-102104 issued by the 1st respondent herein" At the hearing, Mr.V.Mallik, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has already joined duty in the State of Telangana in pursuance of the order impugned in this Writ Petition and that therefore, he seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
