HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19007 of 2019 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that though he applied for electricity service connection to the Plot bearing No.396, Western Part, in Sy.No.102 Part, admeasuring 150 square yards situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District and in pursuance of the same, he was issued notice to pay necessary fees. On that the petitioner paid the same. Inspite of the same, respondents have not passed any orders on the application of the petitioner for grant of power supply. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Since it is stated that application made by the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
