OFFICE NOTE 07.01.2026 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7866 of 2025, dated 03.07.2025, while granting bail in favour of the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 8.

Upon perusal of the order dated 03.07.2025, it reveals that this Court had directed the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 8 to appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 11:00 A.M. on every Tuesday for a period of four weeks or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever was earlier, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter as and when required. However, the said period of four weeks has already expired.

Hence, this Court is of the considered view that the said condition is no longer in existence. Accordingly, this application is closed.
