None appears even today when the matter is taken up for consideration. Initially, this Court granted interim stay of proceedings in S.C.No.188 of 2010 on the file of the Mahila Court, Visakhapantam, for a period of six weeks on 28-012013 and extended the same on 15-03-2013 by a further period of four weeks and thereafter, it was further extended by eight weeks on 12-04-2013. The said interim stay has not been extended beyond June, 2013. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not shown any interest, I assume that the petitioners have no objection for trial to be undertaken in the Sessions Case.

Therefore, the stay, which has since expired more than two years back, cannot be extended as of now and it shall be open to the prosecution to take all necessary steps in the matter.
