HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.278 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is represented on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners that the counsel for petitioners on record is unwell. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that PRC.No.28 of 2015 was committed to the Court of Sessions and the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.276 of 2016 and made over to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahabubabad, Warangal District and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to avail the remedy available to them in accordance with law, if necessary.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
