ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order direction or writ particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioners vide proceedings Rc.No.596/AH/W/ PLG/2010, dated 14.10.2010, issued to 1st petitioner;

Rc.No.27/AHG/NRPT/2011, dated 17.02.2011, issued to 2nd and 3rd petitioners; Rc.No.CHC-KKY/2011, dated 09.3.2011, issued in favour of 4th petitioner;

vide proceedings Rc.No.596/AH/PLG/2010, dated 27.10.2010 issued to 5th petitioner;

proceedings Rc.No.69/AH/W/PLG/2011, dated 21.02.2011, issued in favour 6th petitioner as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners till NHRM-II Project is in operation." At the hearing, Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the

petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 16.07.2015, is also addressed to the Registry, to that effect.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.13813/11 & 19723/15 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
