As a matter of fact, on 31.10.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.11.2019. Even on 04.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also there is no representation, in spite of the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
