This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, to direct the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, R.R. District to dispose of C.C.No.896 of 2015 within 3 months. 2.

Since the relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners-A2 and A3 is only to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the above CC, the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.896 of 2015 on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean time, the personal appearance of the petitioners-A2 and A3 in the above C.C.No.896 of 2015 is dispensed with while permitting them to mark their appearance through their counsel, except on the dates when their presence is specifically required by the said Court. 3.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
