Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing appeal under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 before the State Government challenging the Arbitral Award dated 13.08.2015 in ABR/CF/No.162 of 2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar of Chits/Arbitrator, Erragadda, Hyderabad (South). Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the liberty as sought, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
