O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the police authorities i.e., respondents 3 to 8, in calling the petitioner and his parents to police station and interfering with their personal liberty, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced the written instructions of 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Karimnagar - II Town Police Station, Karimnagar, stating that no crime is registered against the petitioner and that the petitioner or his parents were never called to the police station.

Recording the above statement made by the 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
