ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

This writ petition is filed praying to direct the respondent - police to grant police protection for implementation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.14779 of 2020, dated 04.09.2020. 3.

After making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application in W.P.No.14779 of 2020, which is pending consideration of the Court.
