HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.22021 OF 2021 ORDER:

Sri S. Rama Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein on 13.08.2021, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.137 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 447, 379, 290, 323 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Recording the said submission, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, this writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
