Heard Sri I.Gopala Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for the respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 19-10-2015 challenging the order dt.23-09-2015 of 3rd respondent has not been disposed of by 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that 2nd respondent will hear and dispose of the appeal as well as the stay petition therein within four weeks from today. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks and he shall also dispose of the appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stands closed.
