Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao for considerable length of time. The learned counsel after arguing the writ petition for some time does not press the writ prayer for the present. He seeks liberty to assail the action of respondents 1 to 4 as and when cause of action arises and also that as against respondents 5 and 6 in pending suit he will work out the remedy in accordance with law. By placing on record the statement of Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao and granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
