O R D E R

Sri D.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous as the writ petition is directed against the order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.3599 of 2016 in S.A.No.581 of 2016 and in the meanwhile, S.A.No.581 of 2016 itself came to be disposed of. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 02.01.2017 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
