O R D E R
This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of bail to the Petitioners who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.157 of 2026 before the Thorrur Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 105 of BNS.

The brief facts of the case are that, on 25.05.2026 at about 18:00 hours, the de-facto complainant lodged a
- 2 - complaint stating that she received information that her husband was found dead at the Thorrur vegetable market. Upon reaching the spot, she noticed injuries on his legs and was informed that two unknown persons had brought him from a nearby location. Suspecting foul play in her husband's death, she requested the police to take necessary action Based on the said complaint, the police registered a case for the aforesaid offence.

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for petitioners as well as Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. It is also submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody since 28.05.2026. It is further submitted that petitioner No.1 had shifted the husband of the de-facto complainant near the vegetable market in a drunken condition, and due to the extreme summer heat, he died, and thus Section 105 of the BNS is not attracted. It is also submitted that the material part of the investigation has already been completed. It is also submitted that the material part of the investigation has
- 3 - already been completed. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant bail to him by allowing this criminal petition. 5.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, contending that the allegations against the petitioners are serious in nature. Further, the investigation is not yet completed. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it appears that the petitioners herein is in jail since 28.05.2026. As seen from the record, LW.1 to 19 were already examined and the investigation has been completed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the allegations, the duration of incarceration, the progress in the investigation, this Court finds it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioners, subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
- 4 - Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Thorrur, Mahabubabad District.
ii.
The petitioners shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480(3) of the BNSS).

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
