This revision, under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 30.07.2019 passed in E.P.No.78 of 2018 in O.S.No.86 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Mancherial.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

The contentions raised by the revision petitioner are required to be decided in the appeal filed by him vide A.S.(SR) No.1061 of 2018 and I.A.(SR)No. 1059 of 2018 before the III Additional District Judge at Asifabad District.

Since the appeal filed by the revision petitioner is pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge at Asifabad District, it is not appropriate to interfere with the execution proceedings. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a request before the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the said I.A. and the Court concerned may take steps for disposal of the said I.A. on merits. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
