HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPNAY PETITION NO.202 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri A. Sanjay Koshore, filed a Memo vide USSR No.5467, dated 04.11.2015, stating that both the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the disputes among themselves, in terms of the Deed of Final Settlement, dated 04.11.2015. Hence, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Company Petition.

Permission is accorded and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
