ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the permanent fair price shop dealer of shop No.2 of Madigubba Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District, feeling aggrieved by the issue of notification by respondent No.2 for filing up of the vacancy of newly created fair price shop pending her appeal before respondent No.1 against the order of bifurcation.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner resigned her dealership on 23.06.2014, which was accepted on 26.06.2014, and that the vacancy in question has also been subsequently filled up on permanent basis on 18.02.2015.

As the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, the aforementioned submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) remained uncontroverted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 02.08.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.26147 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.26147 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 07th October, 2015 GHN
