HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16806 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018, against the 5th respondent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.03.2018 was enquired into by the Addl.Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime, Cyberabad and submitted a report stating that as many as ten cases were registered against the petitioner; that the petitioner has involved in several land grabbing cases by threatening the general public; and that recommendation is also made to book the petitioner under the provisions of Prevention of Detention Act.

The petitioner has suppressed the aforesaid facts in the writ affidavit regarding registration of crimes against him. More so, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking action on his complaint. Now in the written instructions it is found that on the complaint of the petitioner enquired was ordered and the said enquiry discloses the aforementioned facts. In view of the same, it is not a fit case where this Court can exercises power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
