HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16886 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.1 in not registering the FIR and proceeding with the investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16-09-2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the respondents have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
